When my husband saw this picture he said it looked like whale tails in the over flowing water, I think they looked like snake tongues. What do you think.

Interesting piece of photography, look closely at the reflections in the water and you’ll be able to see the image of a man. I didn’t realised there was some one leaning over the railing when I took the picture.
