Great photo! I love how the starlings tail feathers are fanned out and the feathers on it’s head are sticking up. The whole photograph has plenty of interest the contrast of colour between the piercing blue sky and the green and purple sheen of the starlings feathers, as well as the wonderful twisting branches of the tree all come together beautifully in this picture and best of all the cheeky character of a starling shines though :-).
