Oh the Macaws…green wing and blue and gold are truely beautiful. look up macaw calls and turn your sound as high as you can and replay it for several hours. They do get going.
The Amazons are not as loud but truely vocal. They are amazing birds. I have done my share of rescue of these wonderful creatures and love them dearly. ALL of my birds are adopted…from finch to cockatoo. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Please, love them, treasure them but look up all the info you can and find out if they would fit your lifestyle. Can you take lots of noise? do you have ROOM for the cages they need? Check out a local bird club, breeder and ask lots of questions and find out what is available for adoption.
